This program is designed to provide the structure, support, and momentum you need to create meaningful, lasting change while experimenting, testing, and learning how your brain responds to habits.

Mondays Mindset: Set your weekly intention, review your habit progress, and tackle obstacles head-on. This is your time to experiment and adjust your strategies.
Wednesdays Momentum Building: Learn about our brains on habits, troubleshoot challenges, and check in on your goals while identifying the smallest next step to move forward.
Fridays Reflection: Reflect on your progress, analyze what worked (and what didn’t), and refine your approach for the next week.
Exercises and tools: learn how to get our of a rut, gain momentum, and more with helpful and accessible tools for your habit building

From March 10 – April 28, you'll get support, accountability, education, and coaching to elevate and keep your habit tests moving forward.
